EXPERIENCE

Nicholas Courson concentrates his practice in commercial real estate and business transactions.

Prior to joining Case Lombardi, Mr. Courson worked for the County of Kauai, where he practiced in areas such as land use, zoning, government procurement and contracting, labor, employment, Sunshine law, open records, 2 CFR 200 compliance, and emergency management. Mr. Courson is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School (nka University of Illinois Chicago School of Law).
